Terms of Service for Finger Draw

These terms govern your use of the Finger Draw app ("the app"), published by MCotton Design ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Apple App Store's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Intended use

The app is an educational game intended to help young children practice writing letters and numbers. It is intended to be used by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular educational outcome.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCotton Design will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

5. Privacy

The app collects no personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing law
