Privacy Policy — builder

builder is a construction-vehicle collecting app for kids. This policy is simple because the app is simple: we do not collect any data. Period.

What the app stores, and where

• Photos you take of construction vehicles, and the record of which vehicles you've found, are stored on your device and in your personal, private iCloud account (so your collection syncs between your own devices).
• This data is visible only to you. It is never transmitted to us or to any third party. We have no servers and no way to see it.

What we do NOT do

• No accounts, sign-ups, or personal information of any kind
• No analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind
• No third-party services or SDKs
• No location data
• No external links, purchases, or web content inside the app

Children's privacy

builder is designed for children and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Because the app collects no data at all, no personal information from children (or anyone else) is ever gathered, stored by us, or shared.

iCloud

Syncing uses Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) private database, tied to the Apple Account signed in on the device and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. If iCloud is unavailable or signed out, the app simply keeps everything on the device.

Deleting your data

Delete photos inside the app, or delete the app to remove its data from the device. iCloud data can be removed in Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → builder.
