Terms of Service — builder

Effective date: July 24, 2026

These terms cover your use of the builder app ("the app"). They're short because the app is simple: it's a vehicle-collecting game for kids with no accounts, no purchases, and no data collection.

Using the app

The app is free. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to apps downloaded from the App Store.

Kids and parents

The app is designed for children. A parent or guardian should supervise downloads and is responsible for a child's use of the device, including the camera. Common sense applies when photographing construction vehicles: observe from a safe distance, respect private property, and never enter a work site.

Your photos

Photos taken in the app belong to you. They are stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account, and never reach us — see the Privacy Policy. Because we never receive your photos, we cannot recover them: keep your device backed up if your collection matters to you.

What we're not responsible for

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including loss of photos or data (for example, if a device is lost before iCloud sync completes). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app — which is zero.

The app depends on Apple's iCloud service for syncing; we don't control iCloud and aren't responsible for its availability.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
